Southern Turkey has a good road network which means getting from place to place is easy. All in all this means that its easy for investors to have access to their investment.

CRIME RATE

Serious crime and crime against property is low in Turkey, meaning that your investment is safe and secure.  

CLIMATE

One of the most important factors when choosing where to invest. Turkey has over 300 days of sunshine per year and over 1.500 kilometres of coastline on the Mediterranean. The average temperature in Summer is 30-40° C and in winter above 10° C. Winters are short. It can rain between November and February.

RENTAL POTENTIAL

The Mediterranean coast attracts tourists in bother the Summer and in the Winter.
