About Us in Side Turkey

Our names are Dave and Karen Burridge, we originally came to Side Turkey on a friends recommendation and duly fell in love with the area. After braving the UK weather for too many years we decided to take early retirement and move to the area we had visited so many times.

After helping friends to find land and property, apartments and villas in the area, we decided to form the Side Development company. 

We luckily met Murat Yarimbatman, who is a land and property specialist in the area and he agreed to partner with us in Side development .

Our contacts reach far and wide in the area and we pride ourselves on being able to find the perfect property for our clients.
